At four years old, Angel was limited in how he communicated with others. Due to unforeseen circumstances, insurance would not cover an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) evaluation nor the device and programming needed to enhance his speech and verbal skills. This left Angel’s family with the financial and emotional burden of paying out-pocket-expenses for medical equipment vital to his developmental journey. 

After learning about the challenges he faced, we stepped in to do everything we possibly could to help Angel. We were about to give Angel a Touch Chat program that helped give him the tools he needed to meet his milestones, better communicate and live a more independent life.
