Jaylen's Story
The insurance process can be a long and strenuous one. When the circumstances are so time sensitive, it can feel like you’re running against the clock. That is exactly what Jaylen’s mom was experiencing after seeing five doctors, and going months without answers on whether her son was going to be fitted for a helmet that would help correct his left side cranial issues. With Jaylen approaching nine months old, she was left with the stress of having to pay out-of-pocket expenses for the treatment he urgently needed.
Fortunately, we stepped in just in time! Jaylen was able to get the cranial helmet needed to correct his skull structure and help advance his therapy journey.
